As mentioned the order has been placed 19 days ago, one of the item the iron box was defective. After the order are received, the one who texted me from your side to take feedback, i have made a complaint about it. The item pickup was arranged for replacement. Its been more than 10 days mow the item was picked, until now no replacement delivered. On last friday they mentioned it will be delivered within 2 days. Today also i contacted mentioned will check and call back in 10 minutes, no response after.
Received broken pieces. Very bad experience.
